Welcome to O'Sullivan Real Estate! My name is Allison Kirsch and I have specialized in the listing and the sale of waterfront and golf course properties since 2001.

I began my career as a real estate agent in 2001, followed by becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2007 and purchasing O'Sullivan Real Estate in that same year. My passion and commitment to my clients when selling their property is achieved by customizing and crafting a marketing plan that is best suited for that particular home. I also truly enjoy representing buyers in their search and purchase of that special home, where memories will be created with both family and friends.

I am actively involved in the St. Joseph County Association of Realtors and have served as a director on the association board. I have also served on the Klinger Lake Association Board since 2011. My involvement with these associations allows me to stay connected with the latest trends on both the waterfront and with golf course properties. Mark and I proudly support the Habitat for Humanity in St. Joseph County.

My family and I relocated to the Sturgis Michigan area where my husband grew up, in the summer of 2001. Our home overlooks the Klinger Lake Country Club golf course, with the front nine in our backyard and the back nine in our front yard. We are also just steps from the pristine 840-acre spring fed glacier lake, Klinger Lake.

The Kirsch Family has been a part of the rich history of the Klinger Lake and Klinger Lake Country Club for five generations. My husband Mark and I have three daughters that are sprinkled around the country chasing their dreams. Our daughters love coming back to lake any chance they get to be on the lake and visit with family and friends.

Mark Kirsch: Agent - Owner - Realtor

2012 Vice President and 2013 President for the Saint Joseph County Association of Realtors (S.J.C.A.R), Mark was also nominated as "Realtor of the year" by his fellow S.J.C.A.R Board of Directors for 4 years in a row. In 2012, he was awarded REALTOR OF THE YEAR! He sat on the Board and is very active serving on several committees.

Mark grew up in Sturgis and spent all his summers on Klinger Lake. After graduating from Western Michigan University with his Bachelor degree, he moved to California. There, he was a television producer for over 20 years.

Shortly after marrying is wife Allison and had three girls, they moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where he continued his production career. A few years later he and his family moved back our community. Mark shifted gears, decided to make a career change, and trained to become a financial planner first with American Express and then with Primerica, a division of Citigroup.

He held several licenses including life insurance, and home mortgage - both in Michigan and Indiana. He acquired his real estate license in the fall of 2007 and is now focusing all his energies in the real estate business. He, alongside his wife Allison, are both committed to provide a higher level of service, trust, and integrity that their clients have appreciated since 1975.

A member of the First Presbyterian Church, he served six years as Co-Chairman of the Foundation Committee, which entails overseeing the investment funds of the church. He is also a dedicated member the B.P.O.E. Elks and a Master Mason. Mark is also very involved with his very active family.  His hobbies include sailing, golf, and tennis. Mark is looking forward to becoming even more involved in the community by helping clients sell or find their perfect home.
